Kolkata 2026, India’s oldest and largest travel trade show network, is set to take place from 10–12 July 2026 at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, Kolkata. Organised by Fairfest Media, the three-day event will bring together tourism boards, travel companies, hospitality brands, airlines, attractions and travel technology providers from India and abroad, creating a vibrant platform for networking, destination promotion and business development.
The fair will be inaugurated by Shri Shankar Ghosh, Hon’ble Minister-in-Charge, Tourism and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of West Bengal, as the Chief Guest. He will be joined by Shri Rohan A. Khaunte, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Government of Goa, along with senior representatives from the Tourism Authority of Thailand, including Ms. Siriporn Tantipanyathep, Consul General of Thailand, Ms. Benjapa Tubthong, Deputy Consul General, Mr. Khajornrit Khwanmongkol, Director, and Mr. Wirote Phaimuanghung, Deputy Director.
Several distinguished dignitaries from across India are also expected to attend, including ministers, senior IAS officers and tourism officials representing West Bengal, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Ladakh and other states, highlighting the importance of the event in India’s tourism calendar.
Strategically scheduled ahead of the Durga Puja and winter holiday booking season, TTF Kolkata 2026 aims to help destinations and travel brands connect with the rapidly expanding travel market of Eastern and Northeastern India. As one of India’s leading travel source markets, Kolkata continues to play a crucial role in promoting domestic and international tourism.
This year’s edition will feature more than 500 exhibitors representing 21 Indian states and six countries, including Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, the USA and Vietnam. The exhibition is expected to attract over 7,000 verified travel trade professionals along with 2,000 general visitors. The first two days will be dedicated exclusively to Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings, while the final day will be open to the general public, allowing Business-to-Consumer (B2C) interactions.
Thailand has been designated as the Featured Country, while West Bengal will serve as the Host State. Partner States include Goa, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Odisha, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Ladakh, while Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Assam, Meghalaya and Manipur have been selected as Featured States.
For more than three decades, the TTF series has played a significant role in strengthening India’s travel and tourism industry by connecting destinations, travel businesses and industry stakeholders. With participation from over 4,000 exhibitors representing more than 100 countries and all Indian States and Union Territories, the exhibition continues to be one of the country’s most influential travel trade platforms.
